In the first half of 2023, we made our presence felt at two prominent events organized by Ethereum Brasil. Through workshops, presentations, and special appearances, we had the opportunity to connect with a passionate community of blockchain technology enthusiasts and share a wealth of knowledge.

In April, during EthereumRio23, our CEO, Cecília Veloso, and UX/UI Designer Cláudio Almeida conducted the workshop "Unraveling User Experience in Web3," which delved into the importance of user-centered design and how to apply it in the context of Web3, drawing from our experience in blockchain-focused projects.

In June, we attended Ethereum São Paulo, immersing ourselves in the blockchain ecosystem in the country's largest city. There, our team participated in the "bootcamp for non-DEV," tailored for technology enthusiasts and professionals who don't work directly with code.

We contributed to the workshop on "UX/UI for Web3 Applications," exploring how to build amazing experiences in this innovative context, led by Rafael Ferrari, Lucas Fabretti, and Cecília Veloso.

Furthermore, LIT had the honor of sharing the stage with other extraordinary women at the Women EthereumBR event, further strengthening the female presence in the Ethereum community. We took part in Blockchain Talks, a roundtable discussion on careers in Web3 and the various roles in the market, encouraging women's participation in this context.
